IC Liberty's Adrian Clerry voted Press-Citizen's Athlete of the Week

Iowa City Liberty football player Adrian Clerry was voted the Press-Citizen’s Athlete of the Week for Nov. 17-23.

Clerry earned Athlete of the Week with 46% of the vote.

Clerry secured Liberty football’s only touchdown in its 27-10 loss to Dowling Catholic in the 5A state title game. The junior nabbed a 5-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Reece Rettig in the third quarter. He tallied six catches for 66 yards and a score.
