The Notre Dame Fighting Irish have remained at No. 9 in The Associated Press Top 25 Poll, just like in the US LBM Coaches Poll. This after defeating the Stanford Cardinal 49-20 on the road in the regular-season finale.
The movement was similar to the USA Today poll. Just like in that poll, Texas A&M dropped four spots to No. 7 after losing to Texas.
But that was the only major change. A few teams moved up or down one or two slots, but only one team other than the Aggies moved more than two spots. That was Michigan, which fell three spots to No. 18 after losing at home to No. 1 Ohio State.
The top five is Ohio State (no change), Indiana (no change), Georgia (up one), Oregon (up one) and Texas Tech (up two). The rest of the top 10 is Ole Miss (no change), Texas A&M (down four), Oklahoma (no change), Notre Dame (no change) and Alabama (no change).
Georgia moves up to No. 3 as Texas A&M falls out of the top five for the first time in two months in The Associated Press college football poll Sunday.https://t.co/7dTTUiT9QRpic.twitter.com/yd8sX53nyC
