This Saturday afternoon, the Alabama Crimson Tide and Georgia Bulldogs will meet yet again in Atlanta for the SEC Championship Game.
The fifth time Alabama and Georgia have played for the SEC title since 2012, these two teams have played classics over the years in Atlanta, even meeting in the city for a national championship back in 2017.
However, as the two teams enter this season’s matchup, both the Crimson Tide and Bulldogs are dealing with some notable injuries, a few being to prominent starters. Among that group of players, which of those names could be set to play Saturday afternoon, and who is set to miss the SEC title game?
Following is the latest injury outlook for both the Crimson Tide and Bulldogs entering Saturday’s matchup in Atlanta, according to Wednesday night’s SEC Availability Report.

Arguably the biggest takeaway from Wednesday night’s Availability Report was the fact that Alabama will be without star defensive lineman LT Overton in the SEC Championship Game. Overton is one of Alabama’s top pass rushers on defense, owning 35 tackles, six TFL, and four sacks this season.
Also included in Wednesday night’s Availability Report were a trio of offensive starters in Jam Miller, Kam Dewberry, and Josh Cuevas all listed as “questionable.” Cuevas missed the Auburn game entirely a week ago due to an injury, while Miller exited that game, and would not return.
As for Georgia, the biggest takeaway was that the Bulldogs will be without Drew Bobo for the SEC Championship Game, who is their starting center. Another notable absence will be wide receiver Colbie Young, who scored against Alabama earlier this season.
