We're 24 hours away from the start of the College Football Playoff and football fans are starting to make their formal predictions on the whole thing.
Former ESPN NFL Draft analyst Todd McShay revealed his bracket for the tournament today. In it he had a couple of pretty big upsets, the biggest of which was the University of Miami coming out on top in the first round against Texas A&M and then shocking the world by upsetting Ohio State in the Cotton Bowl.
He ultimately has them losing to Georgia in the Fiesta Bowl and Georgia defeating Indiana to win the national title.

History to be made by the 'Canes?
If Miami do swing the upsets against the Aggies and the Buckeyes, they'll achieve a couple of pretty noteworthy milestones in the College Football Playoff tournament.
For starters, they'll be the first road team in the 12-team era to win in the first round. Then, as a 10-seed they'll be the lowest-ranked team to win a College Football Playoff game or reach the semifinals.
As for the rest of the bracket, it's all chalk. No other lower seed wins a single game in McShay's bracket.
It would certainly be a change of pace from last year.
In the 2024-25 CFP, all of the home teams won their first round game then all of those teams went on to beat the teams with bye weeks in the quarterfinals. Ohio State went on to beat Texas while Notre Dame beat Penn State in the semifinals. The Buckeyes beat the Fighting Irish to win their first national title since the 2014 season and first under head coach Ryan Day.
Will McShay's prediction of the Buckeyes bowing out early come true?
