USC Wide Receiver Made Best Catch Of Entire 2025 Season During Bowl Game

If you weren't watching the Valero Alamo Bowl this Tuesday night, you missed arguably the best catch of the 2025 college football season.

With USC trailing 13-14 late in the third quarter against TCU, junior quarterback Jayden Maiava threw a pass to Jaden Richardson in the left corner of the end zone. It looked like it was going to sail out of bounds, but Richardson decided to channel his inner Odell Beckham Jr. and make an incredible one-handed reception.

Richardson's touchdown catch was so absurd that even Maiava was in disbelief. He had his hands on his helmet for a few moments before celebrating with his teammates.

Catch of the year?

Judging by the reactions online, fans are convinced Richardson made the best catch of the season.

"Somehow, someway, on a team with Makai Lemon and Ja'Kobi Lane, Jaden Richardson officially has the best catch of the season for #USC. That thing sent me to another plane of existence where there is only joy," Alicia de Artola Castillo of Reign of Troy Radio said.

"Jaden Richardson just increased his draft stock by atleast 3 rounds with that one catch," one fan commented.

"Catch of the year goes to Jaden Richardson," another fan wrote.

Richardson came into the Valero Alamo Bowl with 10 catches on the year. It's safe to say tonight's touchdown against TCU will go down as his best play at USC.

Where would you rank Richardson's catch among the best of the season?
