Oregon football's running back situation gets murkier by the hour.

Already out Jordan Davison (clavicle), a freshman with 15 rushing touchdowns this season, the Ducks may be without leading rusher Noah Whittington for Friday night's Peach Bowl game against Indiana.

According to multiple reports, Whittington has been added to the Oregon injury report with an undisclosed injury, and he will be a game-time decision.

Whittington has rushed for 829 yards and 6 touchdowns this season. On Oct. 11 vs. IU, he had 27 rushing yards and 15 receiving yards.

It's been an eventful week in the Oregon running back room. Fourth-leading rusher Jayden Limar announced he will transfer, but he is available. Kilohana Haasenritter, a rarely used running back who had been converted to defense this season, is returning to the backfield.
