Alabama football continues to add to its offensive line ahead of the 2026 season.
With Parker Brailsford off to the NFL draft, the Crimson Tide added Cal Poly center Racin Delgatty via the transfer portal, per multiple reports.
Delgatty is the 14th transfer to choose Alabama, and the program’s third offensive line transfer along with former Michigan offensive linemen Kaden Strayhorn and Ty Haywood.
According to multiple reports, Delgatty held an official visit with the Crimson Tide starting Thursday, Jan. 15 before committing Friday, Jan. 16.

In the past two seasons at Cal Poly, Delgatty has played nearly 1,300 snaps at center, per Pro Football Focus.
In those snaps, Delgatty, a former unranked prospect in the 2023 recruiting class out of La Canada Flintridge, California, has allowed 14 total pressures and one sack.
Delgatty stands at 6-foot-3, 300 pounds, and hails from the same program that produced former Alabama tight end Josh Cuevas, who transferred to Washington and followed coach Kalen DeBoer to Tuscaloosa.

What Racin Delgatty means to Alabama football
Alabama has its center.
The Crimson Tide did add Strayhorn, who has experience at both guard and center, early in the transfer portal period. But Strayhorn just finished his true freshman season at Michigan, one he redshirted.
Delgatty gives Alabama immediate experience, one that likely slides him into that center position upon arrival with Strayhorn either taking one guard spot or waiting his turn behind Delgatty.
