Happy prediction Friday, Hawkeye fans! 

While you're enjoying the final day of your work week, we're busy finalizing our pregame coverage for Iowa football's non-conference finale against in-state foe Northern Iowa on Saturday (3 p.m., FS1). 

We began the day with our game prediction, and now that you all have had some time to read it, it's time to move over to the betting side of things. 

The Iowa-UNI betting prediction will be released later today, but before we get to that, let's take a look at some of the most intriguing betting lines of the Week 3 college football slate.

Though last weekend's spread for the Cy-Hawk Game turned out to be well off the mark, this is yet again another fair line for an Iowa game. You don't see many FBS vs. FCS games have small spreads, especially when that said FBS team is ranked and playing an FCS team that is in a rebuilding phase. This game could end up being a mirror image of the Northern Illinois game for Iowa where it scores early and often en route to a big victory.

I've got no other chance to write about this, so I'm going to write about it here. Why in the world are we playing conference games in London? I can somewhat understand the NFL wanting to play games across the pond (to a certain degree), but there's no reason for a game between two middle of the pack Big 12 teams to be played in England's capital. You may be advised to take the under in that game, because every international contest on the schedule usually is a slugfest (North Carolina beat TCU 15-10 earlier this year). 

Then we have to talk about the two ranked-on-ranked matchups on here. The headliner of the afternoon window has the potential to be a shootout with the way Louisville and SMU can score, and then you've got Lane Kiffin making his highly-anticipated return to Ole Miss as LSU's head coach. I'm surprised the Tigers are a slight favorite in that one considering their starting quarterback, Sam Leavitt, is listed as questionable for this heavyweight matchup.
