The last time Arizona State got a transfer wide receiver from Colorado, it worked out pretty well. That guy was Jordyn Tyson, who played for the Buffaloes in 2022 as a true freshman.

The Sun Devils have landed another from that school. This time, it's junior Omarion Miller, ranked as the No. 2 wide receiver and No. 9 overall player available in the portal by 247Sports. He is the No. 30 player and No. 3 wide receiver according to On3/Rivals.

He was among the prospects who visited ASU the past weekend.

Miller, a 6-foot-2, 210-pounder, was a second-team All-Big 12 selection. He had 45 catches for 808 yards and eight touchdowns. He had two games of more than 100 yards, one coming against Kansas State and the other against West Virginia.

Miller, a native of Vivian, Louisiana, has played in 27 games over his three years, totaling 66 catches for 1,258 yards (19.1 ypg) and 10 touchdowns. He has just one year of eligibility left.

Miller is the fifth transfer ASU has landed, and his addition puts ASU at No. 6 overall in 247's portal team ranking. ASU stands second in the Big 12 behind only Texas Tech. Miller is the second wide receiver added, with ASU securing Washington's Raiden Vines-Bright a day earlier. All five teams ranked ahead of ASU have more transfers than ASU by at least three. ASU's individual player ranking is higher than all of the others.

Penn State has the No. 1 class, with a group primarily made up of players who are following head coach Matt Campbell from Iowa State.
