Things have changed a bit since these two put on a show early last year.
Baylor threw for 419 yards, and Auburn ran for 307 yards in a 38-24 Tiger win. Now Auburn is starting life over with new head coach Alex Golesh and his high-powered offense taking over.
On the other side, Baylor is looking for something out of Dave Aranda that shows he should keep his job, and once again, this should be a terrific back-and-forth battle.

Why Baylor Will Win
The Baylor passing game should be every bit as good, if not better. Sawyer Robertson threw for almost 6,800 yards over the last two years, but he’s gone, and in comes DJ Lagway from Florida.
Robertson was great, but Lagway has NFL starter potential with the receiver stars coming in from the portal to make the offense fly. The Bear passing attack has to test the new Auburn corners taking over from the transfer portal.
