The initial SEC Student-Athlete Availability Report for Week 5's matchup between the Auburn Tigers and the Tennessee Volunteers has been released.

Auburn will enter the key SEC contest with a relatively clean bill of health. Offensive lineman Tai Buster and tight end Hunter Herring are listed as "out" this week, with no other players listed. Herring has only played 17 snaps this season, all being against Southern Miss in Week 2, while Buster suffered an injury in preseason camp that has forced him to miss every game this season. According to the initial report filed in August by AL.com's Peter Rauterkus, Auburn head coach Alex Golesh projected Buster to miss 5-6 games this season.

Tennessee's injury list, however, is much longer. Seven players will be unavailable for the Volunteers, according to the week's first availability report. Tight end Ethan Davis, Wide receiver Joakim Dodson, linebacker Jaedon Harmon, defensive backs Endrees Farooq and Dylan Lewis, defensive lineman Keldric Golston III, and offensive lineman Wendell Moe Jr. have been ruled out for Tennessee's game against Auburn.

The biggest injury blow for the Volunteers is Moe Jr., who has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after starting in all four of Tennessee's previous games, three at left guard. He played four snaps at right guard in the Volunteers' Week 4 loss to Texas before sustaining a lower-body injury.

Tennessee running back Javin Gordon is tabbed "doubtful" for Saturday's game, while offensive lineman Shamurad Umarov is "questionable" and defensive lineman Nathan Robinson is "probable."

The SEC Student-Athlete Availability Report is released each week for games including two SEC teams. According to the SEC, each program must submit availability reports three days before each football game, with daily updates leading to a final report 90 minutes prior to game time. The consequences for not providing a public report, or for providing an inaccurate report, can result in fines that range from $25,000 to $100,000 for each program.

Auburn faces Tennessee in a key SEC showdown on Saturday at 2:30 in Knoxville, Tennessee. ABC will carry the broadcast of the game.
