B-C’s Scholz and A-C’s Stai earn first team All-Ohio football honors

COLUMBUS — The Division II, III, IV and V All-Ohio football teams were announced Wednesday, Dec. 10, by the Ohio Prep Sports Media Association. Division I will be announced Thursday.

Bloom-Carroll had four players earn All-Ohio honors, led by senior linebacker Aidan Scholz, who earned First Team honors in Division III, and Amanda-Clearcreek senior running back Tommy Stai was named first team All-Ohio in Division V.

Bloom-Carroll junior running back Kyson Cline, senior defensive lineman Lincoln Miller and senior punter Rusty Hutchinson were named third team All-Ohio.

In Division IV, Fairfield Union senior linebacker Grant McPherson was selected third team All-Ohio, while junior quarterback Dean Clark and senior defensive lineman Zach Berry were honorable mention selections.

In Division V, Amanda-Clearcreek senior linebacker Gary Kimmerling earned second team All-Ohio honors.
