Week 11 of the 2025 college football season is done and dusted, and we are one more week closer to the College Football Playoff.
The Big 12 Conference had a smaller schedule this week, with only five matchups, but it made up for it by featuring four of those games as one-possession contests. In fact, the only game that didn't finish by one score was the top-10 matchup between No. 7 BYU and No. 8 Texas Tech. The Red Raiders proved why they were double-digit favorites, holding the Cougars to just 255 yards of offense and forcing three turnovers. Anybody who was questioning whether BYU or Texas Tech was the top team got their answer.
Some of the closer matchups included Houston getting its eighth win over UCF, and the Cougars remain in contention for a Big 12 title berth. Colorado gave freshman phenom Julian Lewis the start at quarterback, and he looked the part, but it was not enough for the road win over West Virginia.
Arizona came back against Kansas and notched its sixth win, securing bowl eligibility. Iowa State also got its sixth win after a 14-point fourth quarter.
So, how did all the Week 11 action, specifically the BYU-Texas Tech result, affect our power rankings? Here are our updated rankings after some key Big 12 action.
