Big 12 Football Win Totals 2026: Spring Predictions for All 16 Teams

Most conferences are relatively even – with the transfer portal serving as the great equalizer – but that’s not the Big 12.

The gap between the stars and the also-rans last season was massive last year, and even with good seasons from BYU and Utah, it wasn’t enough to join Texas Tech in the College Football Playoff.

There are more strong teams this year, though, with Kansas State and Oklahoma State among those about to improve, but it should still be about the big guys up top.
