Big Ten Football Power Rankings after Week 11: Wisconsin emerges from basement

Week 11 of the 2025 college football season is now in the books.

The week delivered fireworks in the Big Ten Conference. Indiana survived an upset scare against Penn State with an incredible last-second touchdown. Oregon did similarly on the road at Iowa, though it did so with a rain-soaked 39-yard field goal. Those two teams remained firmly in the hunt for a Big Ten with the statement road wins.

Meanwhile, while College Football Playoff contenders Ohio State and USC each took care of business decisively against inferior opponents, No. 24 Washington saw its playoff hopes vanish with a road loss to Wisconsin.

The week further set the stage for the final stretch of the regular season, with the postseason picture continuing to gain clarity. Before we jump ahead to Week 12, here is an updated snapshot of the Big Ten Conference landscape.
