Big Ten Football Strength of Schedule Rankings 2026: Spring

With 18 Big Ten schools and nine conference games per team, the schedules are everything to the title chase and College Football Playoff runs.

Not everyone has to play Ohio State, Oregon, and/or Indiana, and some get one or two of those teams at home.

But if you have a slew of killer road games, along with a nasty non-conference date, it’ll be hard to break through a loaded pack.

2026 Big Ten Football Strength of Schedule Rankings: All 18 Teams From Toughest to Easiest

Our spring college football schedule rankings are based on our CFN spring ranking of all 138 teams.

If you play Iowa at home – ranked 20th in our spring rankings – you get 20 points. If you play it in Kinnick, the number gets cut in half, and you get ten points. All FCS games count for 139.

The lower your score, the tougher your schedule is.

Who has it toughest and easiest in the Big Ten this season?

Quick Look: Big Ten Schedule Strength at a Glance
