Kevin Brown Visits Ohio State

2026 Penn State commit Kevin Brown was in attendance for the Nittany Lions’ 38-14 loss to Ohio State on Saturday:

As of today, Brown is the highest-rated commit in Penn State’s 2026 class, but a flip feels increasingly inevitable as Penn State continues its coaching search. This would be a huge loss, as Brown is one of the top offensive line recruits in the country in 2026.

Messiah Mickens Schedules Official Visits

Messiah Mickens, another of Penn State’s top 2026 recruits, has scheduled three official visits to different teams:

Mickens remains committed to Penn State as of today, but more visits to teams not named Penn State means losing him is a strong possibility.

Matt Sieg to Visit Notre Dame

Penn State 2026 commit Matt Sieg will be in South Bend on Saturday:

Sieg is still committed, with currently a 90% chance of staying with Dear Old State, but recent recruiting history suggests Notre Dame will continue to be a problem for Penn State in recruiting Pennsylvania. He is one of the best safety prospects in the country this cycle, and a loss here would be another miss for the secondary.

Tavian Branch Visits Ole Miss

Three-star defensive lineman and 2026 Penn State commit Tavian Branch visited Ole Miss on Saturday:

Branch has reopened his recruitment but is still committed to Penn State as of today. There still have not been many positives for Penn State recruiting since James Franklin’s firing on October 12. Until this program finds a new coach, it is going to be a struggle.
