Nebraska and Oregon will meet in Eugene on Saturday evening. And it’s going to be a late one.
The Huskers and the Ducks will meet at Autzen Stadium in a Week 7 Big Ten regular season tilt on Saturday evening.
Nebraska announced on Sunday that the game against the Ducks will kick off at 11 p.m. E.T., 8 p.m. local time in Eugene.
“Late kick out West,” they announced.
The game will air on FOX.

A 10 p.m. C.T. kickoff is extremely, extremely rare, especially for Nebraska, which hasn’t played too many games out west.
Huskers fans are annoyed by the kickoff time
“It’s brutal,” one fan wrote.
“A win still might not get us in the Top 25 due to the game finishing long after most AP voters have finished their ballots and gone to bed. We’ve seen time & time again how objectively lazy a large portion of AP voters are and their tendency to half-(expletive) their ballots…,” one fan added.
“What a dumb decision,” one fan added on X.
“It’s official. Get the naps and coffee ready,” one fan added.
“Thoughts and prayers to the overreaction shows that will start anywhere from 2:00 to 4:00 am. Plan accordingly,” one fan added.
“Better get a nap in during the afternoon,” another fan added on X.
Other fans, though, appear to be interested in the late kickoff.
“Absolutely love it !!! Gonna be a great one….Who remembers those late Pac12 games that went into Sunday ?!!!!!” one fan added.
Nebraska and Oregon are both coming off bad losses. The Huskers were up double-digits on Indiana in the fourth quarter on Saturday, but couldn’t hold onto the win. Meanwhile, the Ducks lost to UCLA, suffering their second defeat of the season.
Saturday night’s (very late) Big Ten game will be a huge one for both teams.
