Cambridge Springs senior Brandon Hoover makes all-state football team

Cambridge Springs senior Brandon Hoover was selected to the 2025 PA Sports Writers all-state football Class 1A team, which was announced on Tuesday.

Hoover made the all-state team as an athlete. He was named the District 10 Region 2 Player of the Year last month for his efforts.

The senior played quarterback on offense. He passed for 406 yards and six touchdowns. On the ground, he ran for 1,494 yards and 14 touchdowns on 183 carries. Defensively, Hoover tallied 102 total tackles with two interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown.
