Clemson’s recruiting momentum continued Thursday with another addition in the trenches.
Four-star offensive lineman Elijah Morrison announced his commitment to the Tigers, giving Matt Luke another major pickup just ahead of official visit weekend. The Hebron Christian Academy standout chose Clemson over Georgia, Auburn, Florida State, NC State and several others.
Morrison’s decision comes not long after Clemson entered the picture. He included the Tigers among his finalists before receiving an offer, then picked one up from the staff early last month. That relationship quickly turned into a commitment, and now Clemson has another highly regarded offensive lineman in the fold.
At 6-foot-4 and 305 pounds, Morrison holds more than 20 offers and is considered one of the top interior offensive line prospects in the 2027 cycle. ESPN lists him as the No. 12 interior offensive lineman in the class.
He becomes Clemson’s second offensive line commitment in the 2027 class, joining four-star Carter Jones, who announced his pledge on Memorial Day.

Morrison is also Clemson’s 13th overall commitment in the class and the sixth player to commit since the beginning of last week as the Tigers continue a red-hot stretch on the recruiting trail heading into a major weekend on campus.
