Week 1 of the college football season is finally here, with most teams beginning their seasons over Labor Day weekend.
As has been the case recently, college football games will be spread across several networks, with ESPN picking up a heavy load of games. Every network has tweaked its group of announcers entering the year, with notable names changing employers in the spring.
The biggest announcing change belongs to CBS, which has Charles Davis replacing Gary Danielson alongside Brad Nessler. Other big moves include Jason Benetti going from Fox to NBC and Connor Onion being elevated to replace Benetti on Fox.
As a result, the first week of full college football coverage can be a little abrupt after a long offseason, so here's a list of which announcers are calling which games this weekend.

The schedule kicks off on Thursday with two notable games, including Colorado's season debut at Georgia Tech. Benetti will then make his NBC college football debut after returning to the network earlier this year.

The lighter Saturday slate is highlighted by Lane Kiffin's LSU debut, which ABC's Chris Fowler and Kirk Herbstreit will broadcast. Labor Day weekend means the rare Sunday college football schedule, which is headlined by two NBC games and a big ABC game. Dan Hicks and Jason Garrett will call Notre Dame games throughout the year, while Sean McDonough and Greg McElroy are broadcasting the only ranked vs. ranked game of the weekend.
