Week 1 brings with it five days of college football and it all begins Thursday night with a slew of games headlined by Coach Prime and Colorado facing Georgia Tech.
The Buffs are coming off a rough 3-9 campaign in 2025 and Deion Sanders enters his fourth season with a 16-21 record as Colorado's head coach. Julian Lewis is the team's undisputed starter at QB and he has a new offensive coordinator in former Sacramento State coach Brennan Marion. The defense has basically been completely overhauled after allowing over 30 points per game in 2025. On the other side, Alberto Mendoza leads Georgia Tech after transferring from Indiana and will be joined in the backfield by former Michigan RB Justice Haynes.
