College Football Week 13 Expert Picks for the 16 Biggest Games

It’s the calm before the storm.

There aren’t that many great-looking matchups this weekend, because it’s about to ramp up in a massive way for what’s shaping up to be an even bigger Thanksgiving week of games than ever before.

That doesn’t mean there aren’t big games. 

USC at Oregon is the star of the show, but if there are upsets and crazy results in other battles, in a butterfly-flaps-wings way, the whole picture changes.
