Colorado football just wrapped up spring camp with its annual spring game, and as the team goes away for a few months, the program unveiled its 2026 game themes Tuesday morning.

All six regular-season home games have a special theme beginning with “Buffs Wear White” on Sept. 12 against Weber State. Colorado’s next home game won’t come until Oct. 3 against the reigning Big 12 champions, Texas Tech, which will be a black-and-gold-stripe-out and Homecoming weekend. The school will also celebrate its 150th Anniversary.

This year’s Family Weekend will come during CU’s third home game on Oct. 17 against Utah. The weekend will also be the Latin and Hispanic Heritage Celebration and a “Gold Rush” where fans are asked to wear gold. A Halloween matchup against Kansas State wraps up October for Military Appreciation and a CU Hall of Fame Celebration.

Colorado’s final two home games include a Nov. 13 Friday night game against Houston, which will be a “Buffs Wear Black” game and have a halftime drone show. UCF closes out the Buffs’ home slate on Nov. 28 with Senior Day and Fan Appreciation Day.

While season tickets have not yet sold out, they have sold out of their allotment in the past three seasons. Folsom Field should be packed again in 2026 as Colorado debuts several new star players and two new coordinators.
