The Colorado Buffaloes played on the road at Northwestern on Saturday night. Despite the harsh weather conditions, the game wasn't delayed. But it also didn't go well for Deion Sanders' team.

The Buffs walked out of the building with a 41-7 loss. However, their confidence coming in was sky-high.

Colorado’s players were seen talking trash to fans about the stadium and atmosphere at Northwestern right before kickoff. The Wildcats are playing on a makeshift field while the new Ryan Field is being completed.

“This place f—– sucks,” one player could be heard yelling. Another player added, "S—sounds like a f—— library.”

Northwestern controlled the game from the start in a Week 3 blowout. The Wildcats dominated every facet of the game, including in the trenches. This was the first time Colorado offensive coordinator Brennan Marion's Go-Go scheme got exposed.

Colorado had no answer for what Northwestern was doing on the field. Sanders called the loss a "butt kicking" during his post-game press conference. Some even called this the worst loss in Sanders' era at Colorado.

Sanders does not like when his players cuss, and won't find this video amusing. This could lead to Coach Prime making a few personnel decisions this week.

The Buffs (2-1) hit the road again to face Baylor for the Big 12 opener. This will be Colorado's first trip to Waco, since rejoining the conference in 2024.
