For 58 minutes, Colorado quarterback Julian Lewis didn't look ready for Prime — Coach Deion Sanders — or prime time.

Good thing for the Carrolton, GA, five-star player the game against Georgia Tech on Thursday was 60 minutes.

Lewis, who had thrown for 64 yards until the final drive, passed for 60 on the Buffaloes' final march. It concluded with 37 seconds left when he found Charlie Williams for a wheel route that went 20 yards and into the end zone.

The PAT gave the Buffaloes a 14-13 lead and they held on by blocking a last-gasp 45-yard field goal by the Yellow Jackets' Aidan Burr.

Georgia Tech started its last drive on the 25 and the first play saw Alberto Mendoza — yes, he is Heisman winner Fernando's brother — for 42 yards.

Georgia Tech put the ball in position for a field goal attempt but the Buffaloes blocked it and had a victory.
