This offseason, the Miami Dolphins re-signed Greg Dulcich to a one-year, $3.25 million contract after he recorded 26 receptions for 335 yards and one touchdown in 10 games last season. That is a team-friendly deal for the former 2022 third-round pick, who's looking for a breakout year and could help you win your fantasy league.

Dulcich only averaged 6.3 fantasy points per game this past season, but the Dolphins' offense was lackluster and was missing a starting quarterback.

In Week 17 last season, which is championship week in most leagues, Dulcich produced 16.1 fantasy points against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, sitting on most people's benches or their waiver wire. This is still the case today, about two weeks before the Dolphins' first regular-season game.

It's highly unlikely Dulcich produces 16 fantasy points per game this season, but with Malik Willis at quarterback and an entirely different offense where Dulcich is one of the main targets, he's more likely to have a couple of those explosive spike weeks where he produces 13-17 points.

Dulcich shouldn't be your main tight end in fantasy, but there are some weeks that might be worth giving him a start against some of the weaker defenses, like the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 1 and the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 5.

Even if Dulcich still lies around on waiver wires, if one of your main tight ends sustains an injury this season, Dulcich could be your savior for a couple of weeks, if not the whole season. As it stands, the Dolphins' starting receivers are Caleb Douglas, Malik Washington and Jalen Tolbert. Dulcich could end the season as the leader in targets or second, giving him more opportunity.
