The Georgia Bulldogs are losing a JUCO recruit during the early signing period. Three-star JUCO defensive lineman Seven Cloud will not be signing with the Bulldogs, according to 247Sports. He hasn’t specified which team he’s flipping to, but it was a mutual decision, and he’s available to change his commitment.
Cloud is a three-star defensive lineman from the class of 2026. The 6-foot-4, 300-pound defensive lineman plays football for Butler Community College in El Dorado, Kansas. He played high school football for McEachern High School in Powder Springs, Georgia. He was the No. 3 defensive lineman and No. 9 overall prospect from JUCO in the nation.
Cloud had been committed to the Georgia Bulldogs since Dec. 14, 2024, but throughout 2025, signs were pointing to him decommitting. He dealt with off-the-field issues that plagued his standing with Georgia and he also suffered a season-ending knee injury that would require extensive recovery.
The Georgia Bulldogs still have a good recruiting class in the defensive line, with five-star Valdin Sone, four-stars PJ Dean and Khamari Brooks, and three-stars Carter Luckie, Anthony Lonon Jr., and Preston Carey. Cloud’s previous college football experience could have made him a candidate to be an immediate contributor.
The Bulldogs have lost a few recruits on early signing period. The most notable one was five-star quarterback Jared Curtis, who flipped from Georgia to Vanderbilt. As a result, they have the No. 6 class in the nation, which is their lowest ranked class since 2016.
