Fan's guide to Auburn's A-Day 2026

Auburn football takes the field for the first time under first-year head coach Alex Golesh on Saturday during the annual A-Day Game at Jordan-Hare Stadium. Everything you need to know for Saturday's game can be found here.

There is excitement in the air as Auburn fans finally get the chance to see the new-look offense under Alex Golesh and offensive coordinator Joel Gordon, and the many new faces that will play inside Jordan-Hare Stadium for the first time. Saturday will also give fans the chance to watch returning players and to see how much they have developed under the new scheme.

Golesh, who will coach his first game at Jordan-Hare Stadium on Saturday, is excited to see his players compete in the environment and plans to give the fans a show.

“It will be a fun time,” Golesh said of A-Day. “They’ll get a chance to see a continuation of what this defense has built here these last couple years. They’ll get to see a bunch of kids on offense that are as excited as anybody to play in here for the first time.”

There will be plenty of activities for fans to enjoy both before and after the game, and the weather is set to be perfect. Here's a rundown of what you can expect from A-Day 2026 at Auburn.

What time does A-Day 2026 start?

A-Day will get underway at 2 p.m. CT live from Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Alabama. The event is free for all fans to attend, with no ticket needed.

Where to watch A-Day 2026

This year's A-Day game will not be televised or live-streamed. However, Auburn Sports Network will air the game live on radio affiliates across the state of Alabama. Auburn Wire will also be sharing live updates and analysis from the press box at Jordan-Hare Stadium. Be sure to check back once the game begins for live coverage of the event.

A-Day schedule of events

  • 9 AM: Tiger Trail Induction
  • 11 AM: Coca-Cola Fanfest opens
  • 11:30 AM: Tiger Walk
  • Noon CT: Gates open at Jordan-Hare Stadium
  • 2 p.m. CT: Kickoff for A-Day 2026
  • Postgame: Autographs on the grounds of Jordan-Hare Stadium

A quartet of Auburn legends will be honored onto the "Tiger Trail" with a plaque on the streets of downtown Auburn on Saturday: Danielle Downey (Women's Golf), Tyler McGill (Men's Swimming), Benji Roland (Football), and Ralph Spry (Track & Field) will be honored at a ceremony at 9 a.m. CT to begin the day.

FanFest begins at 11 a.m. CT at the Home Plate Lot outside Plainsman Park. The area will have games, a live DJ, food trucks, and 2026 schedule posters. The "Braves Country Road Trip" hosted by the Atlanta Braves will also be at A-Day on Saturday. Stop by to play games and purchase exclusive Braves merchandise.

Tiger Walk will begin at 11:30 a.m. CT from its traditional route at the top of the hill on the corner of Donahue and Samford, and will end at Jordan-Hare Stadium.

Auburn players, as well as Auburn head coach Alex Golesh, will sign autographs following a cool-down period after the game. Fans are asked to bring only one item for athletes to sign, to ensure every fan has the chance to participate.

A-Day will go with a more "traditional" format this season. Here's how both the offense and defense can score points on Saturday:

Weather forecast for A-Day

The weather will be perfect for A-Day with temperatures in the low 80s and winds blowing at 9 MPH. There is a zero percent chance of rain during the game.
