The Pa. Football Writers rolled out their 2025 all-state teams for all six classifications and a crop of YAIAA players made this year's list.

In Class 5A, Spring Grove's David Czapp was named an all-state defensive lineman, while New Oxford's Brody Holmes earned recognition as an all-around athlete.

Czapp led the Rockets with 80 total tackles and 13 for loss with four sacks and 15 quarterback hurries, along with a fumble recovery and a blocked field goal through his senior season. Holmes, meanwhile, led the Colonials in receiving yards, all-purpose yards and tied for the team-high four interceptions.

In Class 6A, Central York's Brooklyn Nace and Brendyn Smith were recognized at quarterback and wide receiver, respectively, while York High's Shavane Anderson earned an all-state spot as a running back. Nace led the league in passing yards with 2,800 passing yards and 37 touchdowns, and helped the Panthers back to the Class 6A district final.

Smith, as part of the Panthers' offense, tallied 1,204 receiving yards and 22 touchdowns in his senior season, and averaged 16.1 yards per reception. For the Bearcats, Anderson rushed for 1,458 yards — the best in the YAIAA — and scored 22 touchdowns, as well as totaling 1,989 all-purpose yards.
