Alter your shopping plans, Gators fans. Florida football will get another Black Friday matchup with rival Florida State this upcoming season.

The two schools announced the game between the Florida Gators and Seminoles has been moved to Friday, Nov. 27, at Doak Campbell Stadium in Tallahassee. The kickoff time remains to be determined.

It's the second time this decade that Florida and Florida State will play on the day after Thanksgiving. In 2022, under the lights at Doak Campbell Stadium on a Friday night, Florida State downed Florida 45-38 behind three TDs (1 passing, 2 rushing) from quarterback Jordan Travis.

Florida has won five of its last seven meetings against the Seminoles. In the last meeting between the two schools, Florida beat FSU 40-21 at The Swamp behind sophomore running back Jadan Baugh, who rushed for 266 yards and 2 TDs.

First-year coach Jon Sumrall convinced the 6-1, 231-pound Baugh to return for his junior season as one of the focal points of UF's offense in 2026.
