Florida State has had a busy weekend as official visits have gotten underway. One of their recently offered targets, 2028 three-star athlete Chris Morillo, announced that he’ll be in Tallahassee on Sunday.
“I will be in Tallahassee today!! #GONOLES,” Morillo said on social media.
Morillo is the No. 567 player nationally and the No. 26 athlete per Rivals’ industry rankings. He’s listed as the No. 72 prospect in the state of Florida as well.
The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder plays both safety and wide receiver at Hudson High School. He produced 64 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, nine quarterback hurries, 10 pass breakups, two forced fumbles, and three fumble recoveries on defense as a sophomore. Morillo also registered 249 yards on 15 receptions as a receiver.
FSU is also hosting 2028 four-star running back Anthony Howard Jr. for an unofficial visit on Sunday. The Seminoles are looking for their first commitment in the 2028 cycle.
