Florida State is aggressively searching for secondary talent to add to four-star safety Mekhi Williams, three-star safety Jemari Foreman, and three-star cornerback Dayon Cooper in the 2027 recruiting cycle.

They have identified another target from Atlanta, Georgia. FSU has extended a scholarship offer to three-star safety Seth Williams out of Lakeside High School.

"after a great conversation with @evancooper2 i'm blessed to receive an offer from The Florida State University!," said Williams via social media.

In March, Williams committed to Clemson. However, he decommitted two weeks ago. Schools such as Florida, Indiana, Mississippi State, Virginia Tech, Wisconsin, and Penn State are some of the other offers that Williams has to choose from.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pounder was a productive player as a junior. He finished with 73 tackles, two tackles for loss, one interception, one pass breakup, and one forced fumble. Williams also contributed as a wide receiver with 10 receptions for 222 yards and three touchdowns.

Williams is the No. 814 overall player and the No. 80 safety in the nation per the 247Sports composite rankings. He's listed as the No. 95 prospect in the state of Georgia as well.
