Florida's legacy linebacker named to Wuerffel Trophy watch list

The Wuerffel Foundation announced its 113 nominees for the 2026 Allstate Wuerffel Trophy Watch List, which included Florida Gators linebacker Myles Graham. The award honors Football Bowl Subdivision players who lead through community service while excelling in the classroom and on the field.
Graham has completed 48 hours of community service so far, supporting eight nonprofit and community organizations, while also earning spots on the 2024 and 2025 SEC Fall Academic Honor Rolls as well as the 2026 SEC Fall Football Leadership Council.
He was also nominated for the 2026 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team back in July.
The son of former Gators running back Earnest Graham appeared in all 13 games in 2024, tallying 30 tackles (nine solo), one sack, 2.5 tackles for loss, one interception, one forced fumble and one quarterback hurry en route to Freshman All-SEC honors. During his sophomore campaign last season, he led the Gators with 76 tackles (36 solo), becoming the first Florida linebacker to lead the team in tackles since 2021, while adding eight QB hurries, seven tackles-for-loss and two sacks.
Graham was one of four players in the SEC to post 75-plus tackles and seven-plus tackles-for-loss in the 2025 regular season, and also recorded four pass breakups, tying him for the second most among FBS linebackers.

As college football's premier award for community service, the Allstate Wuerffel Trophy recognizes student-athletes who use their platforms to serve others and make a positive impact in their communities. Named after Danny Wuerffel, the 1996 Heisman Trophy winner and former University of Florida quarterback, the award reflects his lifelong commitment to leadership, service and unity.
The Allstate Wuerffel Trophy finalists will be selected by the Allstate Wuerffel Trophy National Selection Committee, with input from a fan vote. The 2026 recipient will be announced live on The Home Depot College Football Awards show on December 11, and also serve as captain of the 2026 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team.
