The second week of the GHSA state football playoffs are here and there are four teams from the Greater Savannah still alive in the postseason with games set for Friday night, Nov. 21.
Bethesda Academy is also very much alive in the SCISA playoffs as the Blazers will be playing in the Class 2A state title game for the third year in a row. Bethesda will face Pee Dee Academy on Saturday, Nov. 22, with a noon kickoff set at South Carolina State University.
Benedictine is set to host for the second week in a row as the Cadets play Cass at Memorial Stadium. If the Cadets win, they would host again in the quarterfinals after a GHSA coin flip decided that teams in the lower bracket would host, should like seeds meet up.
Jenkins is in the second round once again as the Warriors play host to Peach County in a game at Groves Stadium.
Savannah Christian and Calvary Day are set to host after first-round byes in Class A-3A Private.
Savannah Christian will face Christian Heritage at Pooler Stadium, while Calvary Day hosts King’s Ridge in a game where the kickoff has been moved to 6:30 p.m.

Cass (9-2) at Benedictine (8-2) at Memorial Stadium, Friday, Nov. 21, 7:30 p.m.
Class 3A
Peach County (10-1) at Jenkins (10-1) at Groves Stadium, Friday, Nov. 21, 7:30 p.m.
Class A-3A Private
King’s Ridge (8-3) at Calvary Day (9-1), Friday, Nov. 21, 6:30 p.m.
Christian Heritage (7-3) at Savannah Christian (6-4), Friday, Nov. 21, at Pooler Stadium, 7 p.m.
SCISA Class 2A Championship game
Bethesda Academy (11-0) vs. Pee Dee Academy (8-3), Saturday, Nov. 22, at South Carolina State, noon
