Oregon has been on a recruiting tear all summer and that has included some standout wide receivers.

Cool thing is, the Ducks were already loaded at the position with returners and transfers, and it’s now looking like their most fearsome group.

Injuries last season forced step-up performances at the position, and that only helps set up what we’ll be looking at come September.

Dakorian Moore was a breakout Freshman in 2025, playing in 11 games and starting seven while hauling in 34 catches for 497 yards and three touchdowns.

Moore was filling the gap for the injured Evan Stewart, who had a breakout 2024 season as a transfer but missed all of 2025.

In the aforementioned 2024 campaign, Stewart played in 13 games, making 12 starts while compiling 48 receptions for 613 yards and five touchdowns.

Moore and Stewart were impressive enough individually, together they should be a nightmare for opposing backfields.

Returning along with them will be Jeremiah McClellan, who came into his own as a Redshirt Freshman in 2025.

McClellan played in all 15 games for Oregon, making nine starts. Throughout, he notched 38 catches for 557 yards and three touchdowns. That’s three returning receivers who all had at least 30 receptions for close to or above 500 yards in their previous season. Hoo-rah!

But the Ducks didn’t sit still while the infamous Transfer Portal passed them by either as they nabbed Iverson Hooks from UAB.

Somewhat of a hybrid, Hooks compiled a very impressive stat line in 2025 with 72 grabs for 927 yards and 7 trips to the Endzone.

And speaking of the lead-off with recruiting, the 2026 haul was nothing to scoff at either as Oregon brought in 4-Star Messiah Hampton. The 6-foot-1, 180 lb prospect from Rochester was the Gatorade Player of the Year in New York. He could easily see some significant action as a true Freshman.

Finally, 4-Star Jalen Lott from Frisco, Texas is another talent that may well get plenty of in-game reps as Freshman. A Multi-sport athlete who also competes in track and field with high school and Junior Olympics experience, Lott has produced back-to-back 1,000+ yard seasons. Everything’s bigger in Texas.

Suffice to say, Oregon’s returning Heisman hopeful Dante Moore will have an absolute labyrinth of talent to choose from on any given drop-back.
