One of the best stories of Michigan State football’s 2025 season has found a new home for what will be his final year playing college football. On Wednesday, it was reported by Pete Nakos of On3 that wide receiver Alante Brown has committed to transfer to Memphis for what will be his seventh season of college football.

Brown has dealt with various injuries during his collegiate career, including an injury he suffered in 2025 during pregame warm-ups against Youngstown State. Brown was able to work his way back and play in the last game of the season against Maryland, helping the Spartans beat the Terrapins with a 92-yard kick return for a touchdown.
