The Auburn Tigers have done it again. For the second time this month, they have added a former Michigan Wolverines signee to their 2026 recruiting class with four-star wide receiver Brady Marchese announcing his commitment on Sunday.
Marchese and offensive lineman Bear McWhorter both signed with the Wolverines during the early signing period, but requested to be released after the firing of Sherrone Moore. Marchese was previously committed to the Georgia Bulldogs but flipped to Michigan on Dec. 4.
He is ranked as the No. 134 overall player and No. 20 wide receiver in the 247Sports composite. The Cartersville native is also the No. 15 player from Georgia.
He is coming off a strong senior season at Cartersville High School, helping them go 12-1. He finished the season with 41 receptions for 981 yards and 15 touchdowns.
Marchese is a massive addition to Alex Golesh's 2026 recruiting class, becoming the 20th member of the group, which is now ranked No. 29 in the country and the No. 12 in the SEC. He is their second-highest-ranked commitment and the top offensive player. Their wide receiver haul now consists of Marchese and three-star prospects DeShawn Spencer and Brian Williams Jr.
