Brady Quinn is urging the nation to hop on the Julian Sayin for the Heisman Trophy bandwagon.
On FOX’s “Big Noon Kickoff” ahead of the Ohio State-Penn State game on Nov. 1, Quinn credited Sayin as one of the reasons for the Buckeyes‘ big success to start the 2025 season 7-0.
“People need to start talking about Julian Sayin for the Heisman; I don’t know why he’s not getting more love. I don’t know if the Buckeyes fans are being quiet about it, but this man has played phenomenal this year.”
The former Dublin Coffman and Notre Dame quarterback related to redshirt freshman Sayin for stepping in to command a “blue blood” program.
“A bit biased, Matty, but we’ve been in that position,” Quinn said to his fellow pundit, former USC quarterback Matt Leinart. “You’re not only replacing Will Howard, who helped this team win a national championship, but as a redshirt freshman? To play the way that Julian Sayin has this year is incredible.”
As of Nov. 1, Sayin has +450 odds to win the Heisman Trophy behind Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza and Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson, according to BetMGM.
“Sayin is lethal; he is lethally accurate. I’ve been incredibly impressed with the amount of poise he’s shown; he’s never wavered, the moments never felt too big for him,” Quinn Continued.
