Virginia Tech now has six former Penn State recruits, as James Franklin builds his 2026 recruiting class.
Linebacker Mathieu Lamah flipped to Virginia Tech from Penn State just an hour after quarterback Troy Huhn committed to the Hokies.
Lamah is the No. 496 commit in the Class of 2026, the No. 39 linebacker in the country and the No. 13 player in Virginia. The linebacker will stay in his home state, rather than make the trip to State College, Pennsylvania.
