In the NFL, the AFC belongs to Texas A&M right now. Two of the most dynamic players in the league, former Aggies Myles Garrett and De’Von Achane, were announced on Thursday as the November Players of the Month for their conference.

Cleveland defensive end Myles Garrett is on a historic pace, having already surpassed his season best in sacks with 19. With five games remaining in the regular season, if he averages one sack per game, he can break the single-season sack record of 22.5 and finish with a total of 24. He was the most dominant defender in the NFL during November, recording nine sacks, 13 tackles for loss, and 49 tackles overall.

Miami Dolphins running back De’Von Achane has emerged as one of the premier dual-threat backs in the AFC and is likely to earn his first Pro Bowl nod. He is projected to accumulate nearly 2,000 total yards and 15 touchdowns this season. It could be argued that Achane was the best running back in the NFL during November, with 495 rushing yards, three touchdowns, and 17 receptions for 135 receiving yards.

Both stand as outstanding NFL ambassadors for the Texas A&M football program and serve as proof that you can develop into an elite professional player if you play your college football in Bryan-College Station.
