Florida State is searching for more recruits in the 2028 recruiting class. They have dipped into the state of Maryland to find linebacker talent, and they have extended an offer to three-star prospect Cyrus Zuah.

"I am extremely blessed to receive a offer from Florida state university!," Zuah announced on social media.

The 6-foot-1, 200-pounder has some very notable offers so far during his recruitment. They include the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Michigan Wolverines, Penn State Nittany Lions, Auburn Tigers, Nebraska Cornhuskers, Virginia Tech Hokies, and more.

Zuah is the No. 797 overall player and the No. 64 linebacker in the nation per the Rivals industry rankings. He's also the No. 26 recruit in Maryland.

The linebacker position has been a hard one for FSU to recruit. Under new position coach Ernie Sims, they have landed three-star prospects Jernard Albright, CJ Ohuabunwa, and Olrick Johnson III in the 2027 cycle.

Florida has the No. 9 class in 2028 with three-star stars edge Meshi Dobson, athlete Chayse Brown, and tight end Troy Silberzahn committed. Zuah is clearly a target they want to add to it.
