Georgia All-American likely out vs. Auburn football

The Georgia Bulldogs have five players each ruled out for Saturday afternoon's game against the Auburn Tigers. Auburn has three players ruled out after having a bye week.
Georgia's most critical absence is expected to be first-team All-SEC safety KJ Bolden, who is listed as doubtful for the contest. Georgia is expected to turn to Kyron Jones and Rasean Dinkins at safety this week with Bolden unlikely to give it a go. Bolden was a preseason All-American.
Georgia remains thin at running back with Chauncey Bowens, who leads the team in rushing touchdowns, ruled out. Not listed on the injury report is Kentucky running back transfer Dante Dowdell, who sustained serious injuries in an ATV accident this offseason and remains out. Nate Frazier is recovering from a ribs injury and did not appear on the injury report against Alabama, but he still did not play. We expect Frazier to continue to rest.
Georgia offensive lineman Marcus Harrison is no longer on the injury report. The Bulldogs remain without Auburn transfer edge rusher Amaris Williams, who tore his ACL in the spring and is probably out for the season. Receivers Isiah Canion and Thomas Blackshear are both out.
Auburn is notably without All-SEC linebacker Xavier Atkins, who is suspended. The Bulldogs play Auburn at 3:30 p.m. ET on Oct. 17. Georgia and Auburn will release an updated injury report 90 minutes before kickoff.
