The Georgia Bulldogs appear to be taking one of their biggest rivalries off the gridiron this offseason.
On Saturday afternoon, it was announced that 4-star offensive tackle Kennedee Jackson was flipping his commitment from the Florida Gators to Georgia, where he will now join Kirby Smart's 2027 class. Jackson had committed to Florida earlier this month, on June 2, but later changed his decision after an official visit to Athens.
Jackson stands at 6-foot-6, 300 pounds, and is rated as the No. 73 overall player and No. 9 OT in the 2027 class.
He is now the 14th commitment in Georgia's class, which ranks No. 20 in the nation, headlined by 5-star RB Kemon Spell and 5-star TE Jaxon Dollar.
With the commitment flip, Florida's class took a hit, but they still have one of the best groups in the 2027 cycle, ranked No. 5 in the nation and headlined by 5-star OT Maxwell Hiller.
