The Georgia Bulldogs were not expected by many to have a big issue with the Arkansas Razorbacks on Saturday afternoon in their SEC opener, and that proved to be the case.

Georgia left the Fayetteville faithful angry with a 45-17 win that saw Razorbacks fans with bags over their heads by the time the second half rolled around. The game script was more of the same for the Bulldogs as they just simply took a sledge hammer to Arkansas to the tune of 464 total yards and 254 of them coming on the ground.

Even Gunner Stockton got in on the rushing fun with his first designed run of the season which went for over 60 yards. The Dawgs have now outscored their first three opponents by 138 points with the Oklahoma Sooners coming to town next week for what could be the first real test of the season.

Multiple Georgia Stars Had Big Day on Offense

With seven carries for 97 yards — a career high — Stockton actually finished as the leading rusher for the Bulldogs. Behind him was Nate Frazier who had a nice afternoon with 14 carries for 75 yards and a touchdown, and though he got dinged up during the game and did not return, Kirby Smart clarified Frazier was okay and could have returned had the game been a little bit closer.

Isiah Canion, who also left the game with injury, was described in the same way.

Through the air, it was true freshman Craig Dandridge making his presence known again with three catches for 74 yards including the play of the day on a 61-yard score to make it 35-3 and have Stockton removed from the game after the fact.

Lawson Luckie also had a strong game with three receptions for 59 yards and a touchdown. Sacovie White-Helton led the team in receptions with four catches, but for just 27 yards through the air.

What's Next for Bulldogs Moving Forward

After three games that did not present real challenges for Georgia, next week's return to Athens against Oklahoma certainly should. Despite a tough start to the season especially on offense, the Sooners still have one of the best defenses in the nation and Georgia certainly should not be able to score at will like they have over the first three games of the year.

In the meantime, the Dawgs will return home and hopefully get some rest and recovery, because things certainly do not get any easier from here.
