Georgia Bulldogs offensive coordinator Mike Bobo visited Oklahoma Sooners four-star quarterback commit Jamison Roberts on Monday, per Rivals. Roberts has been committed to the Sooners since March 7, but the quarterback would be a big addition to the Dawgs’ offense in the future if Bobo is able to flip him from Oklahoma.

Bobo and the rest of the Dawgs’ coaching staff have targeted Roberts throughout his entire recruitment process. The talented prospect has an official visit scheduled to Oklahoma on June 12, but Bobo’s visit with Roberts on Monday could result in a trip to Athens this summer. Roberts drew interest from a plethora of teams around the SEC in addition to Georgia and Oklahoma, and the four-star QB could quickly become a possible successor to Gunner Stockton in 2027 should he end up flipping to Georgia.

Roberts has been a superstar during his time at Saraland High School in Alabama. The coveted recruit is ranked as the No. 19 QB and the No. 244 overall player from the class of 2027, per the 247Sports Composite rankings. Roberts will look to shine throughout his senior year at Saraland in 2026, and he finds himself ranked as the No. 12 overall player out of Alabama.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pound QB is a good athlete. Roberts is a dual-threat QB and is coming off an incredibly productive junior season. In 2025, the Oklahoma commit recorded 4,011 total yards, 58 total touchdowns and had only five interceptions. Roberts accumulated 3,370 passing yards, 37 passing touchdowns and completed an impressive 73% of his passes. The elusive QB added 641 rushing yards and 21 rushing touchdowns.

Roberts would ultimately be a huge pickup for the Bulldogs if Bobo is able to flip his current Oklahoma commitment to Georgia. Georgia is also in the mix for four-star QB Peter Bourque, who will make his commitment on May 14.
