LSU basketball is set to begin the 2026 SEC schedule Saturday afternoon, as the Tigers (12-1, 0-0 SEC) travel to face off against the Texas A&M Aggies (10-3, 0-0). Saturday’s game tips off at 3 p.m. CT on ESPNU.
Non-conference play was a strong showing for LSU in most games, including putting up a 2-1 record against high-major opponents. Most recently, the Tigers showed out in a home game against Southern Miss with a 90-62 win.
Texas A&M also had a strong non-conference showing, but struggled to a 2-3 record against high-major opponents. Most recently, the Aggies beat Prairie View A&M, 111-82.
