Godby's Kamren McMillan is the Tallahassee Democrat Big Bend Preps Athlete of the Week

After another tense round of voting, we have our winner for the Big Bend Preps Athlete of the Week for Oct. 27 – Nov. 1, and it comes from a big performance from a running back.

Godby's Kamern McMillan took home over 70% of the total votes cast to earn the Athlete of the Week honor for his performance in the Cougars game agaisnt Dothan (Alabama)!

In the game, McMillan ran for 238 yards on 24 carries for three touchdowns, giving the Cougars a fighting chance in their loss on the road.

Congratulations to McMillan for earning the honor, and to the finalists Cooper Wiles (Aucilla Christian), Taylor Jacobs (Lincoln), Ashton Callahan (Gadsden County) and Jabez Glanton (Taylor County)!
