Navy All-American Bowl

The Navy All-American Bowl is pleased to announce the head coaches for the 2027 Navy All-American Bowl. Coach Augie Hoffmann of St. Joseph Regional High School (Montvale, NJ) and Coach Jordan Lynch of Mount Carmel High School (Chicago, IL) have been selected to coach the East and West squads.

Leading the East team is Coach Augie Hoffmann of St. Joseph Regional High School (Montvale, NJ), bringing a stellar record of championship execution and elite player development from one of the nation's toughest high school football regions. Coach Hoffmann served as an assistant coach during the 2020 All-American Bowl.

"Being selected as the Head Coach of the East team for this year’s Navy All-American Bowl is a tremendous honor," said Hoffman. "I am looking forward to representing our part of the nation, New Jersey, and St. Joseph Regional to the best of my ability."

Facing off against him on the opposing sideline will be Coach Jordan Lynch Mount Carmel High School (Chicago, IL), who has been selected to lead the West team. Lynch, a 2026 National Football Foundation College Football Hall of Fame inductee and the reigning Navy All-American Bowl National Coach of the Year, brings championship pedigree to the West team.

“I’m incredibly honored and humbled to be selected as a head coach for the Navy All-American Bowl,” said Lynch. “To have the opportunity to coach some of the very best high school football players in the country is a tremendous honor, but what makes it even more meaningful is the platform it provides to represent Mount Carmel, Chicago, and everyone who has invested in me throughout my coaching career. The Navy All-American Bowl represents excellence, leadership and the development of young men, and I’m excited to be part of an event that celebrates those values. I’m grateful for the opportunity and look forward to representing Mount Carmel and the Chicago football community on a national stage.”

Complete coaching staffs for both the East and West teams will be announced at a later date.

Coach Hoffmann and Coach Lynch will lead their teams – consisting of the top 100 high school football players from across the country – on Saturday, January 9, 2027, at 1:30 p.m. ET at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. The Bowl is once again expected to draw an attendance upwards of 25,000 and a television audience of more than four million for its presentation across NBC and Peacock.

Live coverage of the 2027 Navy All-American Bowl will be presented on NBC and Peacock on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2027, at 1 p.m. ET from the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.
