Here are the social media reactions to Texas A&M's 10-3 loss to Miami

What a way to lose your first-ever CFP game. Texas A&M could not muster a single touchdown in a home game after having three weeks to prepare. There are a lot of changes coming, and to go out losing 10-3 is going to sting for a while.
When it comes down to it, Marcel Reed was not compelling enough when you needed him to be, and the run fits that have been inconsistent all season long ultimately got the best of them at the end of the game. It's going to be a long offseason after what was a mostly enjoyable season to watch. Coach Mike Elko will have to hit the transfer portal hard and find a QB coach who can get the best out of Reed moving forward.
For now, A&M will have to handle all the talk of being a fraud because they couldn't perform when it mattered most in back-to-back games. 11-2 feels just like 8-4 after ending the season with a loss to Texas, which knocked them out of the SEC title game, followed by a poor showing in the subsequent bowl game. It's not all negative, as the Aggies have shown progress, and now they need top-end talent to close the margins.
Below, you’ll find some of the reactions from social media following the loss:
Too many mistakes to overcome
FINAL: Miami 10, Texas A&M 3.
The Aggies had plenty of opportunities to pull ahead of the Hurricanes, but their offense and special teams made too many mistakes, Reed underwhelmed and the defense struggled to contain RB Mark Fletcher Jr. A&M ends the season 11-2.

Similar ending to last year
At the end of the day, it’s pretty frustrating to see a lot of the same trends from last year.
Quarterback regressed heavily down the stretch, front seven can’t limit the run (all season), and constantly shooting themsleves with turnovers and penalties.
Staff shakeup was needed

Not the best ending to the season for Reed
Just a brutal end to the season for Marcel Reed.
Defense played to win a football game.
Special Teams. QB inconsistency. Inability to win the moments on O whether it be penalties, drops, fumbles, INTs.
You can say run fits were bad in the end, but D played well enough to…

A&M has to go all in on making the offense as Reed-friendly as possible next season
if we're going to commit to Marcel then we gotta figure out a way to build an offense around him
Elkos hire at qb coach is the most important and defining hire of his career

And just like that
And just like that, Texas A&M football’s season will end. pic.twitter.com/muPFAbH09N

There is still a lot to be excited about for the future
Wildly disappointing end to what was otherwise an incredibly fun season of watching this team play
Just couldn’t get the offense going in time or stop the run late in the game
Lots of positives to build from moving forward. This program took a huge step forward this season.

Things are headed in the right direction still
My Aggies showed out all year shout out Elko man definitely headed in the right direction

Less than ideal way to end the season
The greatest season this century for Texas Agricultural ends with a beatdown to Texas and scoring 3 points at home in a playoff loss.
Whoop. #GigEm

Sad but true
Yikes. That was bad.
Lots of fun to follow this year. This is why we can’t have nice things.

A lot of progress has been made in two years under Elko
That sucks.
But Year 2 in the Elko era. Program is in good hands.
Start of the championship DVD.

Not the ending Aggies wanted on to the offseason
Not the ending we wanted. Thank you 12th Man for your unwavering support during this historic season. pic.twitter.com/TgKK3jsNKM
